help me come out of debt

pls help me out of debt i used to own a business but i went into forex and crypto.

i wont lie for a fact i made profits from the forex and crypto journey but i am a person of freewill and i give back to the community as much as i can ,but life happened to me in a bad way when i lost it all to forex  that i even became suci*d*al  but i thank GOD almighty i was able to have a rethink about life cause of the tears of my parents and their prayers

I lost over #31,ooo,ooo  20 percent of the money was my personal savings then d rest was peoples money .  pls i only need  35 million so ill pay back and start my life afresh
